TCP has file check integrity. UDP works like a broadcast. it doesnât care whether you got everything correctly or not. itâs just a one way stream. itâs âfasterâ because it doesnât care. live streams are typically udp, but if you need to make sure everything you receive is correct, you need to use tcp.
